VOLUNTEERS

Peninsula Toys would simply not exist today, if it weren't for the efforts of many dozens of volunteers, who over the years, have gladly given their time to use their skills to repair, refurbish and recycle toys and bicycles.

Originally the charity was set up by a number of retirees to bring joy to children, whilst gaining satisfaction for using their time after work has for good purpose.

Today, we encourage anyone to give new life to our toys. Those with flexible employment arrangements, can get great satisfaction and relief from work stress, by tinkering with toys, games or bicycles.
